He's Here! Let me introduce you to August Manuel

My fabulously gorgeous cousin and her hubby finally welcomed their angel August Manuel on July 17th and he weighed a whopping 9lbs 8oz! They have completely fallen in love and how can you not? This boy is such a cutie pie. It has been quite the journey for both Mali and Jimmy and in the end, the struggle was well worth it. We are all blessed by his presense.

Since Mali and Jimmy were going to be in TN for two weeks, I decided to take a quick trip to Baneberry to visit the little guy there. My gosh is there a lot to see in Tennessee....that will be a whole other post but anyways... In the two days I was there I was smitten by this little guy. After spending time with him I decided to give him the knick name "King August" because well, he is a King! Ha! King August....I love the sound of it. Meet the little boy who has stolen our hearts :-)

























Yep, he was pretty much done posing for photos by this time...lol.

I definitely did get my fill of quality time with King August but my visit was too short so I will make up for it when I see him in two weeks..hehehe. Until next time!

Noble Santiago Chapman

As I sort through my last batch of sessions prior to our wedding, I came across this little peanut.  Meet Noble Santiago Chapman.  This precious little boy is my cousin Haizel's baby who made his debut back in April.  He is too cute for words and I can't wait to photograph him again in a couple of weeks!  We love you little guy!

Shaila Mariyah - 2 Weeks Old

I remember the day that my friend Janessa told me she was expecting baby number two. It was at a BBQ that "J" and I hosted over the summer at a local park when Janessa and her husband Greg drove in from NJ to spend the day with us. Their daughter, Janasia, was about a year and a half at the time and so I was excited to just pull out my camera and start taking pictures. While sitting on the blanket with Janasia, her mom asked me to look at her shirt and when I did, it said something like "Mommy's got a little bun in her oven", ..something to that effect, but I think you get the idea..lol.

Anyways, I read it twice, then I looked at her, then her husband and I just totally flipped out! I remember I kept yelling over to "J" Honey, they are having baby number 2 and we toasted to our water bottles...lol.
Well, its been about 9 mths and Janessa had baby girl #2, Shaila Mariyah! The minute she text me to let me know her bundle of joy had arrived, I jumped at the chance to take her newborn photos!

Welcome to the world Shaila! You are loved by so many :-)
