I had the pleasure of meeting Hencys in October when we worked together for Edessa's headshots. Her warm smile and charming personality put me at ease and we became instant friends. Yes, I get "supa" nervous before every shoot...(blushing). Hencys is a professional make-up artist. We got to talking about my wedding planning and then my blogsite. She told me she was working on getting her website together and needed some pictures so we stayed in touch and before we knew it, the day was here.
Hencys suggested that we meet at Fulton Ferry State Park, better known as Brooklyn Bridge Park because she had never been to that part of Brooklyn before. I couldn't be happier. Now that I am an official Brooklynite I was excited to show her that part of the borough. It was a beautiful Saturday morning when we met. We started with headshots and then she unleased her inner diva...lol. I knew you had it in you girl!!
After the shoot, we hit up the famous "Grimaldi's Pizzeria", another "first" for Hencys, for some much needed lunch.
And now for some pics....
Thank you Hencys for a wonderful Saturday morning and for allowing me to show you one of the many beautiful areas of Brooklyn! Booyah!!
If you would like to know more about Hencys Make-up services, please email me and I will give you her contact information.
Have a safe and blessed Thanksgiving!!!
